This heavy-duty 1520mm broad gauge wagon bogie is a three-piece integral casting wagon truck engineered for Russian standard freight railway applications. Optimized with a professional ride control system, this casting bogie delivers outstanding load-bearing capacity and running stability, fully adapting to heavy-load freight transportation scenarios and complex railway line conditions.
The complete bogie assembly is fully equipped with core operational components, including integral cast side frames, robust bolster, precision wheelsets, high-precision bearings, bearing adapters, damping wedges, shock-absorbing spring sets and standardized basic brake assemblies, achieving an integrated design of load bearing, shock absorption and braking.
In terms of structural configuration, the wagon truck adopts a dual-stage stiffness spring damping structure to adapt to different load conditions. It is fitted with a φ355mm large-diameter lower center plate, with a conductive wear-resistant plate installed inside to reduce friction loss and extend service life. For core running parts, it adopts 353130B compact bearings that comply with the 2006 No.21 Transportation and Loading Truck industry certification standards, paired with high-strength LZ50 steel axles and 957mm standard diameter wheels. The braking system adopts Austenitic-Bayer ductile iron bushings and integrated combined brake beams, ensuring efficient, stable and wear-resistant braking performance in long-term freight operation.
Different from ordinary railway bogies, this 3-piece casting wagon bogie features a mature and reliable split casting structure composed of bolster, side frames, bearing adapters and matched bearings. The integrated forming process effectively improves structural rigidity and overall durability, reducing failure rate in heavy-duty operation.
Equipped with a professional matching damping spring and control wedge combination damping system, the product realizes excellent shock absorption and running control effects. It can effectively buffer vibration and impact during wagon operation, greatly improving the overall running stability of freight wagons, and adapting to long-distance and high-frequency railway freight transportation
